The project involves the implementation of an existing Salesforce platform in a specific country (to be adapted to the local context), carried out by the client’s internal delivery factory (functional and technical teams), with the involvement of corporate business and country business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the IT delivery of the Salesforce project (fourth country implemented).Planning, understanding of functional and process context.Manage timelines and operational activities: meetings and minutes, urgent tasks and requirement tracking.Ensure compliance with the delivery lifecycle: testing, data migration, integration.Support CRM and functional processes (orders, invoicing, sales, appointments, stock).Work mode: partially remote (3/5 on-site, variable) in Milan.

The Role
Herzum is seeking an Application Project Manager to join our team and support one of our Clients in the retail sector.
