Watch live: Gabbard, Patel, Ratcliffe testify at global threats hearing

National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard, FBI Director Kash Patel and CIA Director John Ratcliffe will testify Tuesday before the Senate Intelligence Committee at a public hearing on global threats facing the United States.

The hearing is expected to be overshadowed by questions about an Atlantic report in which editor Jeffrey Goldberg writes of his inclusion in a Signal group chat that included members of Trump's Cabinet discussing plans for a military strike on Yemen.

Ratcliffe and Gabbard were both part of the group chat, according to Goldberg's reporting. Others in the chat included Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and National Security Adviser Mike Waltz.

The hearing will also test how the top intelligence officials frame America's changing relationship with Russia, typically seen as an adversary, given President Trump's efforts to end the war in Ukraine and restore ties with Moscow.

The hearing is set to begin at 10 a.m.
