Should I be concerned my typically in person one-on-one is moved to a WFH day? [closed]
Normally my one on ones are in person. My manager moved it to a work from home day. I’m in a production-based role and I didn’t hit quota this quarter even though I broke even/was profitable even though it is slight. Should I be concerned? They said it was due to performance reviews for the end of the quarter but when I checked their calendar it was empty and “available” for a meeting.
