Phil Mickelson claims LIV’s team format is better than Ryder Cup as Bryson DeChambeau ends two-year drought in Korea

It was the two-time Major winner’s third LIV triumph and he was delighted to rediscover his killer instinct. “I’ve been playing great golf, just haven’t gotten the job done,” DeChambeau said. “That was a lot of tension and I’m glad I was able to step up to the plate and get it done.” DeChambeau and Howell both play for Crushers GC, who unspurprisingly won the team event. “Charles and I had a great battle out there,” said the team captain. “He never wavered today. It was fun and we had a great time today, but it was intense.
