Convenience store chain 7-Eleven has announced plans to open 1,300 new locations, as well as to implement innovations in its existing stores. If you’re a customer of the chain, here’s when the new stores will open and where they’ll be located.
Where will the new 7-Eleven stores open?
So far, the company has not specified the exact locations of these new stores; however, it stated that they will open across North America. In its fiscal year 2024 earnings report, the company noted that the 1,300 stores it plans to open represent an approximately 10% increase compared to its current total number of locations.
7-Eleven’s expansion plan also includes modernizing existing stores. The new locations will feature a standardized updated design, along with infrastructure and supplies aimed at grab-and-go snack consumers. According to the company, this type of product is driving average daily sales up by around 18%.

Recently, the convenience store announced exciting new deals to help customers make the most of their road trips. This season, 7-Eleven will be offering snacks for just $1. Here’s the menu you can find in stores:
- Big Chicken (Sandwich) Meal: Make a pit stop at Raise the Roost locations to get the Big Chicken (Sandwich) Meal, featuring double hand-breaded chicken tenders, buttery toasted brioche bun, and thick-sliced pickles. - $5 Crispy Wrap Meal: Head to Speedy Café locations for a budget-friendly bite—two crispy chicken tenders wrapped in a warm tortilla, topped any way, plus a large Big Gulp drink for just $5.
- Wings and Pizza Slice Combo: 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members can grab the ultimate trio: eight boneless wings, a hot pizza slice, and a Big Gulp drink for just $6 OR get five bone-in wings, a pizza slice, and a Big Gulp drink for $8.
- FREE Slurpee Drink: Buy any bag of Doritos and get a free small Slurpee drink from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. every day. Cool and crunchy never tasted so good.
