Former President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden will sit down for their first interview since leaving the White House next week — and it’ll happen on “The View.”
ABC moderator Whoopi Goldberg announced the news to kick off Thursday’s show, promising that they will “ask about his legacy, accomplishments, regrets and, of course, the current political landscape.”
The Bidens will appear on the show on May 8.
This will mark President Biden’s 11th appearance on “The View,” after he most recently joined the table in September 2024, becoming the first sitting president to do so. His first episode occurred in September 2007.
“The View” airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET on ABC.
