Parents Threatened To Email A Business Partner And Get Them To Stop Working With Me [closed]

I run a company while in School, and have worked closely with a large, well-known university for the past (almost) two years. My mother hates it, and wants me to put my relationship with the university down until school is over. I want to continue working with the school, despite her wishes. She told me, recently, that she called the school and will "expose me". I asked her what she would expose, and she said that she would say I am unruly, have had many absences from classes, and that I don't have good grades. This may all sound silly, but I am actually worried. How might this affect my relationship with the school? I work as a Board Advisor for a specific department - and not the whole school.
