Specialist event agency Lemon Lane has announced several new appointments and promotions to strengthen its leadership, production and logistics teams after experiencing 25 per cent growth over the last 12 months.

Beth Turner has joined as Production Project Director and brings extensive in-house and agency events experience to Lemon Lane. This includes six years in project management roles at NICE (New Independent Conference Experts) and most recently three years at full-service agency DRPG, latterly as Senior Project Manager. At Lemon Lane, she will be responsible for leading the production of client events, which includes overseeing creative strategy, content development, design, set and staging, as well as technical and crew management.

Zoë Dunn has been appointed as Senior Project Manager for Logistics. She joins from conference and events agency, Emota where she spent eight years, starting as a Project Executive and rising to Senior Project Manager. Her career also includes previous conference sales, reservations and coordinator roles at Imago Venues, Hilton Hotels, and Guoman & Thistle Hotels. At Lemon Lane, she is responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of all logistical elements of events. She will work closely with clients, suppliers and the internal team to oversee timelines, contracts and event delivery.

Emily Kyd has joined as Project Co-ordinator after graduating from the Event Academy with a level 7 master’s equivalent course in event management and marketing communications accredited by CIM. She will focus on the logistics side of event support at Lemon Lane, liaising with suppliers, building websites and registration paths, as well as providing on-site support.

Lemon Lane has also made two promotions to key leadership roles. Alice Walton has been promoted to the newly-created role of Production Team Leader. She was previously a Production Project Director since joining Lemon Lane two years ago. In the new role she will oversee the production team, ensure smooth-running of event delivery, as well as support operations and Lemon Lane’s evolving marketing strategy.

Catherine Harding, who joined Lemon Lane in 2022, has been promoted from Logistics Project Director to the newly-created role of Logistics Team Leader. Areas that she will be responsible for include logistics team management and development, account management across certain key clients, and driving efficient project delivery.

Rachel Capell, Director, Lemon Lane said: “We are delighted to welcome Beth, Zoë and Emily to Lemon Lane, and also congratulate Alice and Catherine on their promotions. This is a very exciting time for Lemon Lane as our business continues to go from strength to strength hence why we needed to strengthen our teams across leadership, production and logistics. Our turnover increased by 25% in the latest financial year to reach £10M. And we are forecasting this to increase to £11.5m. in the next financial year. We are incredibly proud of this achievement, given that we are a relatively new agency, which only launched in 2020. It’s evidence that our vision of building an agency that blends the rigorous processes of a large agency with the personalised touch of a boutique firm, whilst also bringing a fresh approach, is paying off.”
