HRC launches first episode of "Racing The Dream" docuseries

Honda Racing Corporation US has launched the first of its five-part “Racing The Dream’ docuseries which follows the brand’s unique partnership with Meyer Shank Racing where the second Acura ARX-06 IMSA GTP entry is engineered by personnel from HRC US.

MSR operates the No. 60 Acura with its Ohio-based staff, and with the No. 93 ARX-06, MSR’s mechanics prepare and run the car for HRC US, but atop the timing stand, staff from the California- and Indiana-based racing division of Acura and Honda have been appointed by HRC US president David Salters to handle the vehicle performance and race strategy, which is unique among manufacturers engaged with IMSA’s WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTP class.
