Dockcase’s 7-in-1 Smart Hub is a Versatile Addition to Your Workflow

While it sometimes feels that SSD cases tend to be “run-of-the-mill,” there are still some innovative setups out there which add a bit more value to what you’re paying, if you know where to look. With that in mind, Dockcase’s 7-in-1 smart hub provides a versatile approach to your portable storage setup, thanks to some additional features.

One key hardware inclusion is the hub’s touchscreen, which displays storage device status and other general information about your drive. It is worth noting that the touchscreen is a bit on the small side, occupying a centralized area rather than the entire panel. Flip the hub over and you’ll find a removable panel secured by a single screw, allows easy access to the internal SSD slot for swapping drives.

The hub also packs a wide array of ports, which include an SD card slot, USB Type-A and USB Type-C ports, a dedicated host USB-C port, a USB-C PD port, an HDMI port, and a micro SD card slot. The 7-in-1 hub also supports up to 2TB of storage, UHS-II SD and TF cards, 4K HDMI at 120Hz, 100W power delivery, and 10Gbps USB-C and USB-A speeds. Dockcase has also included dual data protection and even a read-only mode with the hub.

It’s also relatively inexpensive, going for $179. You can check it out using this link.
