The pair are still five behind Kane, who is available again for Bayern Munich after missing the RB Leipzig match through suspension.
The England captain should be able to hold on at the top of the charts, but Guirassy has been lethal recently with seven goals in his last four games in all competitions.
The former Stuttgart sharp-shooter can move onto 20 league goals for the campaign against Leverkusen.
