World Snooker Championship 2025 results, scores and schedule for Day 14

The World Snooker Championship semi-finals are underway at the Crucible, with the two contests being played over three days.

Ronnie O’Sullivan takes on Zhao Xintong and Judd Trump plays Mark Williams over epic best-of-33 contests in Sheffield.

The opening sessions were very tight on Thursday, with O’Sullivan and Zhao inseparable after their first eight frames at 4-4.

The other clash was also close, but Trump managed to edge ahead at 5-3, despite not managing to maintain the impressive form he has shown so far this competition.

There are four sessions in these lengthy matches so there are not too many clues over the eventual winners thanks to those early scorelines.

There has been a clue that O’Sullivan is still feeling far from comfortable, though, as the Rocket changed the ferrule on his cue after those first eight frames with Zhao.

The seven-time champion has been playing with a new cue at this tournament and he is still tinkering with it, even at this late stage in the event.
