With the Introduction of Amy Rose, 'Sonic the Hedgehog 4' Looks Like It’ll Continue a Franchise Trend
With new characters and the fact that this franchise keeps getting better with each installment, Sonic the Hedgehog 4 will likely be the best yet.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 ends in the best way possible. While the Robotniks (Jim Carrey) are seemingly gone for good, the mid-credits scene features some amazingly new introductions to the film series: the iconic, fan-favorite villain, Metal Sonic, plus the introduction of another longtime fan-favorite character, the lady hedgehog, Amy Rose! Following the end of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, I’m fully convinced that Sonic the Hedgehog 4, due out later in 2027, will continue the franchise's incredible five-year hot streak. It's time to explore why that will be the case.
