We might be getting a crossover between 9-1-1 and its new spin-off, 9-1-1: Nashville. Here’s what we know.

The 9-1-1 world expands again with the entrance of 9-1-1: Nashville into the picture this fall. The new series, set in the world's country music capital, will air back-to-back with the flagship series on Thursdays on ABC, according to the network's fall schedule. This provides an excellent opportunity for the dramas to stage a crossover event, common for shows set in the same universe. According to Craig Erwich, President of Disney Television Group, something major might come up when the shows begin airing. "I think that the 9-1-1 team are truly the masters of event-izing television, the way that bee-nado kicked off 9-1-1 last year," Erwich told Deadline, referencing the multi-episode emergency that kicked off 9-1-1 Season 8. 9-1-1: Nashville has something of the sort in the pipeline, but as crossovers are not yet confirmed. Erwich added:
