One of the showrunners of The Bear appears to have revealed the release date for the fourth season of the show.
The black comedy-cum-psychology drama series stars Jeremy Allen White as Carmy Berzatto, an award-winning chef who is forced to take over his family’s beef sandwich shop in Chicago after his brother passes away.
The show, which airs on FX in the US and Disney+ in the UK, has been widely celebrated since it’s launch in 2022, winning 21 Emmys and five Golden Globes to date for its three seasons.
Now, Joanna Calo, who is the showrunner of The Bear alongside Christopher Storer, appears to have let slip that the fourth season of the show will debut on June 15 this year.
Calo was speaking on the red carpet of the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Thunderbolts* in Los Angeles, where in response to a question from Omelete about what to expect from the next season, she said: “June 15! June 15 here, but I think everywhere June 15.”
