SSP presents Café Bateel gourmet food experience at King Abdulaziz International Airport
The 355sq m café, located in International Departures Terminal 1, is a partnership with the renowned Dubai-headquartered gourmet food producer and retailer Bateel.

SAUDI ARABIA. Travel restaurateur SSP Group has unveiled Café Bateel at Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport. The venture is a partnership with the Dubai-headquartered gourmet food producer and retailer Bateel, which is renowned for the use of high-quality dates in its products.
The 355sq m café, located in International Departures Terminal 1, has 136 seats.
Its offer includes a wide range of coffee specialities, baked good and pastries, snacks, desserts and meals.
SSP told The Moodie Davitt Report the food menu brings a gourmet food experience to the Jeddah gateway, combining “Middle Eastern essence with Mediterranean diversity”.
Options include Salmon Quinoa, Halloumi Bruschetta, Chicken Fusilli, Dates Shake and Spice Saudi Qahwah.
Café Bateel is established in multiple countries, with its locations mainly concentrated in premium commercial and residential districts.
