Great relationships was made during our time together,” he wrote. While Sanders is sharing the love, another moment from his minicamp has already gained serious traction on social media. A video, shared by the X account @Scuba_Steve26, appears to show the rookie QB connecting on an 81.5-yard throw. That effort would break an NFL record held by former Browns star Baker Mayfield, who threw an astounding 70.5 yard Hail Mary against the Baltimore Ravens back in 2020. “Shedeur Sanders just threw this ball 81.5 yards…. He continued: “I can’t control any other decision besides (practice), so I just try to be my best self at all times. “Of course it’s day by day. I just find something I want to perfect and perfect it to the best of my abilities. “That’s all I really focus on, just being there and a leader, teammate and doing what I need to do whenever it is. “So, I’m thankful for the opportunity. Things could have been a lot worse but I’m here smiling in front of you all at this facility right now. “My job here isn’t to prove people wrong, I’m proving myself right.
