Final website: https://wiki.methodox.io/ We've seen good success of MediaWiki for commercial products, as in the case of TerraGen. On the other hand, Bookstack has usability problems - we do prefer a Markdown-centric approach. TiddlyWiki is too casual and doesn't scale well despite very easy onboarding - I would argue it's NOT even ok for personal notes, as I suffered greatly before and exemplified by the need of custom converters. I also avoid PhP based solutions and those self-hosted services that rely on database (even it's our favorite PostgreSQL) for migration complexity. For this one we definitely do not with to develop on our own if avoidable, on the other hand, I do prefer a text-based clean setup. Easy hosting and scalability are of primary concern. Turns out Wiki.js is very easy to setup on Digital Ocean with marketplace image, is Markdown based, comes with Github connection and has everything we need: clean, simple, organized pages. This is a hub that will grow and become more useful with some attention and care
