Cazimbo casino review: A Deep Dive into Bonuses and Features (2025)

Owned by the iconic Rabidi N.V. company, Cazimbo is an online casino in Canada that does things differently. This helps it stand out from the crowd and has seen it explode in popularity since launching in 2022.  Before deciding to sign up with them, though, it pays to find out more about the platform. This will help you decide if you like what it offers and whether you will enjoy playing there. Our guide is the perfect place to start and contains everything players need to know. Let’s get into it and find out just what Cazimbo brings to the table. Cazimbo bonuses  In my personal opinion, the welcome bonus at this casino is very good but it needs to up the number of ongoing promos. Let’s take a deeper dive into bonuses at Cazimbo:  Welcome bonus  As a new player, I was able to claim a 100% up to $750 + 200 free spins bonus. This is an excellent welcome offer and certainly rates better than the 100% up to $200 bonus at bet365.  I claimed this bonus by first creating my account, activating the offer in My Bonus when logged in, and making my first deposit. I spotted that the minimum eligible deposit for this bonus is $30, which I think is a bit high. Once my first deposit was done, I had the bonus cash and free spins to use instantly. Although the 35x wagering requirement did not bother me, having only 10 days to complete it was a surprise.  Reload bonus  I like how the weekly reload bonus to claim at Cazimbo gave me 50 free spins to use. To get involved, I opted in via the Promotions tab and deposited at least $30 from Monday to Thursday. I then received my free spins to play selected games with.  Tournaments To take part in this promo, I found the tournament I wanted to try on the Promotions page and clicked to enter it. I then started playing eligible games to move up the leaderboard and try to win part of the prize pool. Drops & Wins are my favorite tournament here and I recommend trying it out.  Seasonal offers Although I didn’t spend a whole year testing Cazimbo, I played enough to see a few seasonal offers crop up. The specially themed bonuses available over Xmas, for example, made playing here more fun, as did those with a Valentine’s Day vibe.  Cazimbo casino loyalty program  After setting my account up and depositing cash, I earned loyalty points as I played. I was able to pick up more points by entering tournaments and completing challenges. After building up enough points, I headed to the Cazimbo shop to purchase free spin bundles.  Earning points also allowed me to move through the various levels of the loyalty scheme to get VIP benefits. Here’s a breakdown of the various levels it contains:  Level 1: $10,500 payout limit  Level 2: $15,000 payout limit  Level 3: $18,000 payout limit and 5% cashback Level 4: $23,000 payout limit, dedicated account manager, and 10% cashback Level 5: $30,000 payout limit, dedicated account manager, and 15% cashback Mobile play at Cazimbo Although there is no dedicated Cazimbo app for mobile casino, I’m happy to say it’s a mobile-friendly site for both iOS and Android. I played on my iPhone during work breaks and found the whole experience very enjoyable.  After loading up the casino on my smartphone, I liked how the responsive design adapted to my particular screen size. I found that the menus and games fitted perfectly on my phone screen as a result. The slots I tried loaded fast and I never had any issues with lag. What games can you expect at Cazimbo? I found over 4,000 games to play here, from more than 70 of the biggest developers in iGaming. This includes top names like Evolution, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Push Gaming, and Quickspin. I especially like the variety in terms of casino games as below:  Slots Table games Live games Progressive jackpot slots Instant win games As a Canadian player, I know slots, table games, and live games are popular all over the country and it’s nice to see them covered here. The slots library is huge and had top titles like Gonzo’s Quest, Bloodsuckers, and Money Train 3 to check out.  After browsing through the table games under the site’s Casino tab, I was pleased to see classics like blackjack, roulette, poker, and baccarat available.  To explore the live casino games here, I clicked Live Casino at the top of the page. Cazimbo bonuses

In my personal opinion, the welcome bonus at this casino is very good but it needs to up the number of ongoing promos. Let’s take a deeper dive into bonuses at Cazimbo:

Welcome bonus

As a new player, I was able to claim a 100% up to $750 + 200 free spins bonus. This is an excellent welcome offer and certainly rates better than the 100% up to $200 bonus at bet365.

Seasonal offers

Although I didn’t spend a whole year testing Cazimbo, I played enough to see a few seasonal offers crop up. The specially themed bonuses available over Xmas, for example, made playing here more fun, as did those with a Valentine’s Day vibe.

Cazimbo casino loyalty program

After setting my account up and depositing cash, I earned loyalty points as I played. I was able to pick up more points by entering tournaments and completing challenges. After building up enough points, I headed to the Cazimbo shop to purchase free spin bundles.

Earning points also allowed me to move through the various levels of the loyalty scheme to get VIP benefits. Here’s a breakdown of the various levels it contains:

  • Level 4: $23,000 payout limit, dedicated account manager, and 10% cashback
  • Level 5: $30,000 payout limit, dedicated account manager, and 15% cashback

Mobile play at Cazimbo

Although there is no dedicated Cazimbo app for mobile casino, I’m happy to say it’s a mobile-friendly site for both iOS and Android.

Top 3 highest RTP slots at Cazimbo

I spent a good amount of time tracking down the highest RTP games at this casino. In my experience, Immortal Romance stood out most and had a 96.86% RTP figure. I love the cool vampire theme and the chance to bag a max win of x12150 my stake!

Clash of Gods has an RTP of 96.50% and comes with an exciting theme. When I tried it, I had a chance to win one of three huge progressive jackpot prizes on each spin. Book of Dead from Play’n GO caught my eye, with its 96.21% RTP rate. I had a blast exploring this game’s mysterious Egyptian theme and love how engaging the storyline is.

Special features

I’m pretty sure that I’m not the only gaming fan in Canada who thinks a cat-themed casino is unique. That’s exactly the theme Cazimbo comes with and I love how this means it’s not merely following the usual trends in iGaming. The orange cat mascot that graces the site is a great touch and helps tie the theme in perfectly.

I must mention the ability to bet on popular Canadian sports, such as football and hockey, at this platform. Lots of casinos I play at don’t offer sports betting, with Swift being one that springs to mind. I like being able to do this at Cazimbo and found it easy to do by clicking the Sportsbook tab on the homepage.

During testing, I spotted that crypto is supported as a payment option and I think this is another special feature. Although more online casinos are starting to allow crypto gaming now, some I play at don’t, and this gives Cazimbo the edge over them.

Payment methods at Cazimbo

In all, I counted 9 payment options to use at this casino. I think this is a decent number and in line with other casinos I play at in Canada. Gomblingo casino, for example, has around 10 banking choices.

After checking out the possible deposit/withdrawal options via Cazimbo’s FAQ page, I found trusted brands like Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, and Neteller. As a Canadian gamer, I like being able to use Interac for transactions because of how convenient it is.

To get started, I made my first deposit of $200 via Visa on the cashier page. This put me well over the minimum deposit amount of $10. The money was transferred instantly, which meant I started playing right away.

When it came to withdrawing some winnings, I found the below information about payouts at Cazimbo:

Payment method Minimum withdrawal Processing time
Visa$10Up to 3 days
Mastercard$10Up to 3 days
Skrill$10Up to 24 hours
Neteller$10Up to 24 hours
Jeton$10Up to 24 hours
MiFinity$10Up to 24 hours
Crypto (incl. Bitcoin, Tether, Litecoin, Ethereum) $10Instant
Interac$10Up to 24 hours
Payz$10Up to 24 hours

I elected to request my payout via Visa and clicked Withdraw. After selecting Visa and typing in $350 to take out, I confirmed the transaction. The money was with me within a few days, which is what I expect for a card payment.

Cazimbo customer support

As is the case with any casino in Canada, I did have to contact Cazimbo support a few times with various questions. After clicking Contact Us on the homepage, I saw the following ways to get in touch:

I chose to go with live chat for fast help, and typed my query into the message box. I was happy to get a helpful reply in a few minutes from an agent called Vito.

Is Cazimbo safe?

As a casino that holds a valid Curaçao gaming license, I can confirm this is a safe gaming site. When trying it out, I noticed it uses high-end data encryption tech to protect my deposits and withdrawals. I like how it follows modern KYC processes to prevent online fraud and protect my account.

Is Cazimbo committed to responsible gambling?

When looking around the on-site FAQ page, I found some information about responsible gambling and how to spot problem gambling issues.

One thing I was surprised about, though, is the lack of tools for safer gaming. I was only able to find the option to self-exclude. This is lacking compared to a casino like Betway, which has more tools for safer gaming.

  • Deposit limit tool: ❌
  • Wager limit tool: ❌
  • Loss limit tool: ❌
  • Time/session limit tool: ❌
  • Self-exclusion tool: ✅
  • Cool off/time-out tool: ❌
  • Reality check tool: ❌
  • Self-assessment test: ❌
  • Withdrawal lock: ❌

Cazimbo compared to others

I think the 4,000+ games to try at Cazimbo is something that puts it ahead of many rivals. PokerStars Casino, for example, has 1,000+ when I checked, and this is not nearly as many as Cazimbo.

The multi-level loyalty club is an area where this casino compares well with its rivals. 21 Casino didn’t have any loyalty scheme to take part in when I played there recently, for instance.

My final verdict

Overall, I rate Cazimbo highly and have no problem recommending it to other Canadian players. The quirky theme combines with plenty of other quality features to make it stand out. It does have a few areas to brush up on but this does not take away from the top-class gaming site that it is.

Why do I like Cazimbo

I’ve already mentioned the unique cat theme and this is something I really love about this casino. The ability to bet on sports makes it stand out as well. I like the choice of over 4,000 games and the range of categories they’re split over. The loyalty program is another highlight in my view and gives me a chance to bag free spin bundles.

What Cazimbo could do better?

The major thing this casino could do better is offering a lot more tools for responsible gambling. I think it needs a proper mobile app as well, to make mobile play even more convenient. More instant win games to play, such as the best crash games like Aviator, would be a nice addition.
