The first season of NCIS: Origins has proven to be an exciting one, with the NCIS franchise continuing its rapid expansion with an electrifying addition. The spinoff wrapped up its first season run on Monday, April 28, and amidst all the loose ends being tied up, the show threw an unexpected wrench in the works. A young Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Austin Stowell) has found himself growing ever more attached to Lala Dominguez (Mariel Molino) as the season progressed. While the potential for a tragic end for the duo was common knowledge, none quite expected it to come so soon.
