Week 6
After the punch combinations I researched a game called Super Smash Bros and tried to understand how a character looked when he took damage and how exaggerated the pose was as he took more damage throughout the fight, because it needs to be obvious your character is taking damage but also not to the point where you can't throw a punch back. I also had to take into account that the characters hands could not be blocking their face when taking damage. In the end I found that this game in particular looked well in taking the hits while Street Fighter looked better in giving them.
