TR3 Racing has announced an expansion into a six-car Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America program for the upcoming season, featuring a miix of experienced drivers and rising stars.

The Florida-based team, which will not continue with its 2024 Pro class championship-winning pairing of Ernie Francis Jr. and Giano Taurino, has confirmed the return of Elias De La Torre IV to the lineup, who will race alongside Will Bamber in the top class.

De La Torre scored multiple podium finishes last year as a solo driver, while Bamber, the brother of Earl Bamber, makes his driving return after several years on the team management front.

Conrad Geis and Jason Hart, meanwhile, will pilot the TR3’s Pro-Am class entry, with Dean Neuls spearheading one of three Am category entries for the team that will also include Sam Shi and the driving duo of Matteo Siderman and Michael Johnson/

Clay Wilson will return to TR3’s lineup in LB Cup, completing the team’s expanded program.

“We are thrilled to expand our presence in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship with a six-car lineup for the 2025 season,” said team CEO Gregory Romanelli.

“We put in a huge effort last year to develop this program and are excited to see it come to fruition. Building on the success of our 2024 championship victory, we are bringing together a dynamic mix of experienced drivers and rising stars.

“With our strong team and talented drivers, we’re confident that we can continue to compete at the highest level and aim for another successful season.

“I’d like to express our gratitude to our entire team, our partners, Lamborghini Miami, HCB Yachts, and BitLux for their continued support. We are also proud to welcome Lamborghini Westlake to our family for the 2025 season.”

The Super Trofeo season kicks off at Sebring International Raceway next month.
