Sleep slips away and reality follows on the Dolby Cinema poster for Hurry Up Tomorrow.

The psychological thriller will have fan event screenings this Wednesday, March 14, before opening wide this weekend from Lionsgate.

Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye, Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan star in the film, in which a musician plagued by insomnia is pulled into an odyssey with a stranger who begins to unravel the very core of his existence.

Trey Edward Shults (It Comes at Night) directs from a script he co-wrote with Tesfaye and Reza Fahim (“The Idol”).

The Weeknd will perform and makes his late night interview debut on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” this Thursday, May 15.

Hurry Up Tomorrow serves as an extension of The Weeknd’s recent album of the same title, which will stand alongside the film’s score by Tesfaye and Daniel Lopatin (Uncut Gems). The project also represents the conclusion to The Weeknd’s artistic trilogy that began with albums After Hours and Dawn FM.
