Steph Curry Reveals the 3 Things He Eats for Breakfast Before Every NBA Game
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry admits he keeps the same pregame breakfast unless he's feeling a little "frisky."

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry is a creature of habit, and it’s easy to see why after witnessing the results of his pregame routine throughout his 16-year NBA career.
Curry, widely viewed as one of the top NBA players and most elite shooters in league history, spoke about his eating habits throughout his career. Specifically, the 11-time NBA All-Star broke down his pregame meal choices while admitting that his breakfast routine has remained "pretty much" the same every game.
During an interview with GQ, Curry laid out the three things he eats for breakfast every NBA game day, with one exception if he's "feeling frisky."

"I eat pretty much the same breakfast every time. It's some type of egg, an omelet or like a scramble, something with some breakfast meats in there and some spinach," Curry explained.
"I eat a bowl of yogurt, granola, some mixed berries. I have a little protein smoothie and then if I'm feeling frisky, I might have a half a waffle or something just to get a little carb load going."
Curry seems to know exactly what will kickstart his day in the right way before a game. He also detailed that his pregame meal "can vary" but is "some type of protein"— either fish or chicken, along with pasta or rice and a vegetable.
