Paul Saladino Reveals 3 Critical Hacks That Will Fix Your Sleep
Double-board certified doctor Paul Saladino pinpointed the three hacks to fix sleep struggles.

Paul Saladino has taken one of the most unique approaches to general health and day-to-day life. While the double-board-certified doctor lives primarily on an “animal-based diet,” he caters all aspects of his life to being in peak health and physical condition.
Not surprisingly, one area Saladino recently offered advice relates to a topic many people struggle mightily with — good sleep habits.
Whether it's the struggle to wake up after a long night of sleep, general lack of sleep on a nightly basis, or the inability to fall asleep, many are plagued by one thing that's incredibly vital to overall health.
In a recent clip posted by Saladino on Instagram, he detailed the three most important things to do to fix your sleep, citing a few unique hacks to help people fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
As seen above, Saladino goes into detail on the following areas:
- Avoid blue light at night and stop using your phone one hour before going to sleep.
- Sleep in a cold, dark room — close the blinds, use blackout curtains and make the room as cool as possible.
- Stop eating 2-3 hours before you go to sleep.
Saladino even suggests using red lights and avoiding the overhead lights before it's time to start prepping for bed. He also uses earplugs, a great option for any light sleepers or those who have partners with a snoring habit that may keep them awake.
