It's a tough time to be a gamer right now. You wait patiently for Nintendo Switch 2 preorders to go live, and then stock runs out in seconds. It all feels very familiar, because we've been here before. We've experienced the mess of next-gen console releases, so the "coming soon," "not available," and "out of stock" notifications are exactly what we expect to see.
Nintendo Switch 2 preorders went live on April 24, but in the blink of an eye, listings for the $449.99 console at Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart were gone. And bundles got the same treatment.
So where does that leave us now? It's important to not lose hope.
