Mumford & Sons have announced details of a huge North American tour, featuring support from Japanese Breakfast, Divorce, Michael Kiwanuka and more. Check out the details below.

The new tour dates come in celebration of the band sharing their new album ‘RUSHMERE’ today (March 28) via Island/Glassnote.

Set to kick off this June, 32 new dates have been added to the itinerary, kicking off at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater in Oregon on June 5 and continuing with stops in California, Utah, Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, New York and more throughout the month.

Nine shows are planned for the following month, including shows in Washington, Montana, Kansas, Georgia, South Carolina and more – as well as two back-to-back nights at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado – before a one-off gig at the Forest Hills Stadium in New York on August 8.

The final run of shows picks up in October and features appearances in Illinois, Philadelphia, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas and Oklahoma. The dates wrap up with a final night at the CHI Health Center Arena in Omaha, Nebraska on October 26.

For the shows, support will come from the likes of Japanese Breakfast, former NME Cover stars Divorce, Michael Kiwanuka and more. Tickets go on sale next Friday (April 4) and will be available to buy here. Check out a list of new US dates below.

News of the US dates come shortly after Marcus Mumford and co. announced over 20 live shows as part of a European and UK tour, also celebrating the LP.

These kick off in November with shows in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan and more, and feature shows in both Newcastle and Leeds at the end of the month.

From there, more UK tour dates are lined up for the first half of December, including gigs in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Cardiff and London. These dates will support War Child too, and will also see a £1 donation for every ticket sold given to Live Trust – a new funding initiative from LIVE that offers financial support to those working in live music.

Before the tour celebrating ‘RUSHMERE’ kicks off, the band will be taking to the stage this spring for Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Liverpool – locking in a headline slot on May 25.

‘RUSHMERE’ follows 2018’s ‘Delta’, and has already been previewed with the title track and the single ‘Malibu’. It also marks Mumford & Sons’ first LP as a trio, comprising Mumford, Ted Dwane and Ben Lovett. This comes as banjoist Winston Marshall departed the group in 2021.
