Mike Flanagan's 'Carrie' Series Finds Its Sue Snell in a 'Resident Evil' Star
Siena Agudong, who starred in Netflix's Resident Evil, has been cast as Sue Snell in Mike Flanagan's Carrie show.
Mike Flanagan’s reimagining of Carrie just locked in a major casting piece. Siena Agudong has officially joined the upcoming Amazon Studios series in the series regular role of Sue Snell, as per a report by Variety. Agudong becomes the first confirmed cast member for the adaptation of Stephen King’s seminal 1974 horror novel, while Variety previously reported that Summer H. Howell is in negotiations to star as Carrie White herself. While the streamer hasn't actually officially announced the series, it's inevitable that it will be soon, and the show is now eyeing a summer shoot in Vancouver.
