Cena stopped by a post-show press conference at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, but offered the same seven-word response to every question he was asked. The first reporter hoped for him to explain The Rock’s role in his title win, but Cena responded: “That’s a clickbait question, and lazy reporting. Next.” He was also asked about his ‘mental and physical’ prep ahead of WrestleMania. “You know, that just seems like a clickbait question, that’s pretty lazy,” the champ fired back. Cena was then informed that the next reporter was from ESPN, and despite calling the website a ‘very reputable media source,’ the question didn’t match his expectations. While he stuck around a bit longer this time around, the 17-time champion offered very little explanation for his actions, or his heel turn in general. His attitude caused quite a stir on social media, with nearly one million people already watching the short clip that was shared by WWE on X.
