The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed centre Luke Haymes to a two-year contract, the team announced on Monday.

The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed centre Luke Haymes to a two-year contract, the team announced on Monday.
Haymes’ deal will begin in the 2025-26 season. He’ll spend the remained of the 2024-25 campaign with the AHL’s Toronto Marlies on an amateur tryout.
The 21-year-old most-recently played for Dartmouth College in the NCAA. He posted 12 goals and six assists through 22 games in a season shortened by injury.
Haymes, an Ottawa native, played 83 games with Dartmouth throughout his NCAA career, racking up 41 goals and 29 assists in that span. The centre was named to the 2023-24 NCAA All-Ivy League First Team and the NCAA (ECAC) First All-Star Team.
