Lincoln Center has announced the 2025 Summer for the City series, featuring music, dance, theatre and comedy events which are all either free or choose-what-you-pay.

Lincoln Center has announced the 2025 Summer for the City series featuring hundreds of music, dance, theatre and comedy events from June 11 through August 9. All of them are either free or Choose-What-You-Pay. Robert Glasper plays the series’ free opening night in Damrosch Park on June 11 with Alain Pérez, and other highlights include:

  • Jazz Is Dead’s Adrian Younge With His 35-Piece Orchestra (June 18 at Damrosch Park)
  • Oh Sankofa!: A Juneteenth Celebration with Carl Hancock Rux, Marvin Sewell and more (June 19 at Damrosch Park)
  • The Loser’s Lounge tribute to Disco (June 20 at Josie Robertson Plaza)
  • “I Am the Band” featuring Bridget Everett and an all-star female band including Wendy & Lisa, Allison Russell, Vanessa Carlton, Yasmin Williams, Gail Ann Dorsey, and more (June 22 at Damrosch Park).
  • Antone’s 50th Anniversary Celebration with Jimmie Vaughan, Sue Foley, C.J. Chenier and more (June 29 at Damrosch Park)
  • Brazil Week with Lenine (July 16 at Damrosch Park) and Os Mutantes (July 17 at Damrosch Park)
