Do I have to attend a "Queer Town" workshop?
My work wants me to attend a workshop focused on LGBQI and intersex based topics. I know you cannot discriminate against people for their race, religion or sexual orientation but I feel like this is reverse discrimination in making me have to attend this as I have no interest in it before and do not think it is my employers right to tell me how to think and it doesn't align with my personal or religious beliefs. Am I obligated to attend this workshop?
