Their appearances at Big Ears Festival and a OHIO Music Industry Summit event at Ohio University this week have both been cancelled.

Julien Baker & Torres cancel shows after “one of our key members sustains a concussion”

Julien Baker and Torres were set to begin their tour as a duo with shows at Big Ears Festival and Ohio University this week, but those shows have both been cancelled. A message from them on the ticket page for the Ohio University event, which was part of the 2025 OHIO Music Industry Summit and scheduled for Thursday, March 27, reads, “Over the weekend one of our key members sustained a concussion and will need to take the next few weeks to recover. Due to this we are forced to cancel the Julien Baker & Torres’ appearance at Ohio University.”

Julien and Torres were also listed, along with Asha Puthli and Arushi Jain, as artists that are “having to postpone planned tours and cancel their Big Ears appearances” in a message on that festival’s newsletter.

Their next scheduled date is at Iowa City’s Mission Creek Festival on April 3, which appears to still be on at the moment; stay tuned, and see all of their current dates below.
