When Jason Mantzoukas was announced as a competitor for Season 19 of Taskmaster, I knew he’d be a perfect fit. Not only is it the only competition show on television that requires you to be a little bit insane going in — something he’s proven he definitely can be across his various film and TV roles — but I knew for a fact that he’s a huge fan of the show. He knows the British comedy series as well as any other super fan, and when I sat down to talk with him about being a part of the show’s landmark nineteenth series, it felt less like an interview and more like shooting the shit with a friend about a shared favorite.
