The Righteous Gemstones

Danny McBride’s black comedy series The Righteous Gemstones concludes with its fourth season this year.

The HBO series, created by and starring McBride, follows a dysfunctional family of televangelists led by the widowed patriarch Eli Gemstone (John Goodman) who has to contend with his three spoiled children.

Other cast members in the series include Adam DeVine, Edi Patterson, Tony Cavalero, Cassidy Freeman, Gregory Alan Williams and Tim Baltz.

The Righteous Gemstones debuted in August 2019 and is set to end with its fourth season, which premiered in March 2025.
