London based Spotlight Communications has been appointed as the PR agency to represent Fairmont Hotels & Resorts across the UK & Europe.

Working in synergy with Fairmont’s global PR teams, Spotlight will work across these key markets to creatively enhance Fairmont brand awareness, affinity and positioning via media relations, executive positioning, events and brand partnerships. Crafting market-specific, strategic media outreach campaigns will be key for Spotlight to deliver consistent brand coverage in top tier travel, luxury, lifestyle, trade and business media outlets.

Opening in summer 2025, Fairmont New Orleans. The project is part of the historic redevelopment of the former Bank of New Orleans building, primely located in the city’s central business district, nearby the famed French Quarter. Opening in July 2025, Fairmont Tokyo, the first Fairmont in Japan. Opening in late 2025, Fairmont Hanoi. Located in the heart of Hanoi, only a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, the 241-room hotel takes inspiration from the culture and history of Thang Long. An urban resort with a wide range of offerings, the property features six dining and bar venues including a rooftop restaurant, two indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an extensive gym, wellness spa and bathhouse.

Opening in 2025, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit, the first Fairmont in Thailand. Bringing a new level of luxury to the heart of the capital’s central business district, the 419-room Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit will open as the first fully integrated luxury MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) hotel in Thailand, boasting extensive meeting facilities, scalable with a choice of room size, and equipped with the latest technology, including virtual meeting equipment.
