Porsche Motorsport North America has revealed the 2025 class for its Selected Driver program, naming Loek Hartog, Riley Dickinson and Tom Sargent as this year’s rising stars.

The Porsche Selected Driver program is a key step in the Porsche Motorsport Pyramid North America, which is designed to elevate emerging professionals by providing direct manufacturer support, expanded race opportunities, and mentorship across GT and endurance racing platforms.

“All three drivers came to our attention through their Carrera Cup performances and have again impressed as they have made the next step up the Porsche development pyramid in SRO and IMSA competition,” said Porsche Motorsport North America President and CEO Volker Holzmeyer.

“Our Selected Driver program is designed to support their continued development as they take on more prominent roles within the Porsche GT racing ecosystem.

“We’re thrilled to support Loek, Riley, and Tom with their 2025 programs and excited to see their careers develop as part of the Porsche family.”

Hartog introduced himself to American fans last year with a championship-winning performance in Porsche Carrera Cup North America. He also claimed the inaugural Cayman GT4 championship title in Porsche Endurance Challenge North America with Kellymoss teammate Michael Clark.

Additionally, he was part of the winning driver line-up for the inaugural Porsche 992 Endurance Cup 12-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium.

He also took a class win in the Indy 8 Hour at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the final round of the 2024 Intercontinental GT Challenge.

Just last weekend, he took victory for Tempesta Racing in the 24-Hour Series race at Spa-Francorchamps.

This year, he is contesting the Pirelli GT4 America championship for the first time, teaming up with Dan Sibille in the No. 9 Porsche Cayman GT4 RS CS for ACI Motorsports.

Internationally, he is competing in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup in 2025 and will make his race debut in this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans with Antares Au and Klaus Bachler with Manthey Racing’s entry in the LMGT3 class.

Hartog will contest the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Nürburgring, and Spa races over three consecutive weekends in June.

Dickinson, the Texas-born standout, returns to the program following a breakthrough 2024 season that included victories in the Michelin Pilot Challenge and a successful debut in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the Porsche 911 GT3 R.

Having progressed through the North American Porsche ladder system, Dickinson broke series records en route to his 2023 Porsche Carrera Cup North America championship win with Kellymoss.

Last year, he contested the Michelin Pilot Challenge Championship alongside Michael McCarthy with Kellymoss. The duo won both the opening and closing rounds of the championship at Daytona and Road Atlanta.

This season, Dickinson will contest the Pirelli GT4 America Championship as teammate to ACI Motorsports team owner, Curt Swearingin while also driving for Kellymoss in a return to Porsche Carrera Cup North America.

The duo scored a pair of podiums at the opening round of the championship recently at Sonoma Raceway.

Sargent, originally from Australia, quickly made a name for himself after moving to Porsche Carrera Cup North America in 2023.

The Australian finished second in the championship to Dickinson and graduated to GT World Challenge America last year as a teammate to Kyle Washington of GMG Racing – taking victory at Virginia International Raceway.

This year, Sargent made his WeatherTech SportsCar Championship debut with Wright Motorsports at the Rolex 24 at Daytona – finishing second in class with Adam Adelson, Elliott Skeer, and Porsche-contracted driver Ayhancan Güven.
