Harding+ names experienced retail specialist Simon Luscombe as Chief Financial Officer
Simon Luscombe brings high-level experience from 17 years representing major UK retailers Homebase and Hobbs in senior finance positions.

UK. Leading global cruise retail specialist Harding+ has appointed experienced retail specialist Simon Luscombe as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The company said Luscombe, who succeeds Bill Showalter, will support the business’s growth ambitions and customer transformation programme.
Luscombe has spent the last 17 years working for two high-profile UK retail businesses. His most recent position was CFO at Homebase, who he joined in 2017.
Prior to that, he held senior finance and Trading Director roles during his nine-year tenure at high street fashion retailer Hobbs.
Harding+ said Luscombe will leverage his extensive retail insights to drive financial performance.

Alongside Matthews and Luscombe, the Harding+ executive leadership team also includes Chief Operating Officer Mark Birnie, Chief Commercial Officer Linzi Walker, Chief People Officer Mark Powell and Chief Technology Officer Mikos Taylor.
