Fresh Footage from ‘Alien: Earth’ Gives Us a Clear Look at a Xenomorph

Ahead of the show’s special activation at SXSW this week, FX has released a new TV spot for this summer’s “Alien: Earth,” the legendary franchise’s very first television series.

“Alien: Earth” is headed to FX on Hulu this summer. Watch the new footage below!

Sydney Chandler stars in FX’s “Alien: Earth,” set before Alien in the year 2120. FX had originally teased, “Expect a scary thrill ride set not too far in the future here on Earth.”

From creator Noah Hawley, “Alien: Earth” deals with “the emergence of the story’s infamous Weyland-Yutani Corporation and the race between corporations to create new android life.”

In the upcoming series…

“Five corporations – Prodigy, Weyland-Yutani, Lynch, Dynamic and Threshold – wield the power of nations, and proprietary advancements in technology provide the promise of a new tomorrow. When a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat.”

Babou Ceesay (“Guerrilla”), Jonathan Ajayi (“Wonder Woman 1984”), Erana James (“Uproar”), Lily Newmark (“Sex Education”), Diêm Camille (“Washington Black”), Adrian Edmondson (“War & Peace”), Timothy Olyphant (“Fargo”), David Rysdahl (“Fargo”), Essie Davis (The Babadook), Alex Lawther (The End of the F*cking World), Samuel Blenkin (“Black Mirror”), Adarsh Gourav (The White Tiger), Sandra Yi Sencindiver (“Foundation”), and Moe Bar-El (The Peripheral) also star in the upcoming sci-fi/horror series.
