Death Stranding 2 DualSense PS5 Controller Only Sold via Sony
Sony and Kojima Productions announced that there will be a PS5 Dualsense controller based on Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, but the limited edition design will only be sold directly through the PlayStation online storefront. These will appear on June 26, 2025, though we can pre-order the peripheral at 10am ET in the US and 10am local time in Europe on May 22, 2025. As this is a limited edition controller, Sony noted that it won’t be able to share exact quantities for each region. The company did share a price for it, however. It will cost $84.99/€84.99/£74.99 /¥12,480. Standard Dualsenses tend to cost around $79.99. This comes after price increases on the PS5 and some peripherals were already announced for multiple places worldwide. The announcement on the PlayStation Blog didn’t note if tariffs will affect the price in the US, since the product will be shipping in June 2025.
