Cycle & Carriage launches upgraded Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves – 2S centre with new retail brand presence

Cycle & Carriage has unveiled its newly upgraded Mercedes-Benz 2S centre located in Batu Caves, now featuring the latest retail brand presence that focuses on improving customer touchpoints, seamless digital integration and streamlined processes across the entire service and sales environment.

“Cycle & Carriage is proud to bring another state-of-the-art service centre to life. We remain committed to enhancing every touchpoint of the Mercedes-Benz customer journey through continuous investment in innovation and service excellence, staying true to our promise of providing ‘Exceptional Journeys’ for our customers,” said Thomas Tok, CEO of Cycle & Carriage.

The facility boasts a customer lounge occupying 3,633 square feet as well as a workshop spanning 41,000 square feet. The latter is equipped with 22 service and repair work bays and five car wash bays to meet a wide range of service and repair needs. Owners of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles can also bring their vehicles to the facility, as there are four dedicated bays that can handle up to 40 vehicles monthly.

Additionally, Cycle & Carriage Batu Caves is home to one of Malaysia’s largest Mercedes-Benz body and paint centres with 22 body and paint bays. It is certified with the Mercedes-Benz Certificate of Competence (CoC) Level 4, the highest level of recognition for collision repair capabilities. Awarded in 2013 and achieving a perfect 100% audit score in 2017, the workshop is among the top-performing collision repair centres globally.

For customers who are in a rush, ‘Premium Express Service’ bays are also available for expedited turnaround, although this will depend on the type of service required. In line with sustainability goals, a solar photovoltaic system was installed to offset the facility’s energy consumption.

Cycle & Carriage Batu Caves is located at Lot 5, Jalan Perusahaan 1, Kawasan Perindustrian PKNS, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor. The facility operates from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 12pm on Saturday; it is closed on Sunday.
