Does Blacklisting Exist in the USA? I believe there is a database and internal database with employees names with negative notes about them for recruiters,Human Resources staff, and managers to see. The information that they see affects future employment of the employees names that being blacklisted. Whenever I use my real name when applying for jobs, i immediately get rejected and I get no call backs and no interviews, but if I use a name similar to mines then I do get call backs and interviews. My question is does it exist? How do you stop it? and who can you talk to, to get this to stop?
