The Pitt star Noah Wyle has addressed his future on the show after the second season, which has already been confirmed to debut on Max next year. Wyle stars in the lead role of Dr. Michael Robinavitch in The Pitt, Max’s first original medical procedural set at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center in Pittsburgh. This is the first time Wyle has put on the scrubs since ER wrapped up its final season in 2009. Max CEO Casey Bloys has already confirmed that he wants The Pitt to be the next Grey’s Anatomyand be on the air for years, and during a recent interview with TV Insider, Wyle was asked if he plans on sticking around to play Dr. Robby as long as The Pitt is on the air:
