6 New Songs Out Today

So many artists, so many songs, so little time. Each week we review a handful of new albums (of all genres), round up even more new music that we’d call “indie,” and talk about what metal is coming out. We post music news, track premieres, and more all day. We update a playlist weekly of some of our current favorite tracks. Here’s a daily roundup with a bunch of interesting, newly released songs in one place.

BOLDY JAMES & V DON – “RSNS”

Detroit rapper Boldy James is on an insanely prolific run this year. Tomorrow (3/28) he releases his fourth album of 2025, Hommage (with producer Antt Beatz), and the following week (4/4) he releases another one, Alphabet Highway, with V Don. Here’s a single from it.

THE WONDER YEARS – “I DON’T LIKE WHO I WAS THEN” (ft. ORIGAMI ANGEL’S RYLAND HEAGY)

The Wonder Years have shared another song off their upcoming acoustic record, Burst & Decay (Volume III), and this one’s an acoustic version of the No Closer To Heaven highlight “I Don’t Like Who I Was Then” with help from Origami Angel singer/guitarist Ryland Heagy.

SORRY GIRLS – “RICOCHET”

Montreal duo Sorry Girls announced a new album, Dreamwalker, due out on June 13 via Arbutus. They say it’s inspired by ’80s Fleetwood Mac albums, and the first single, “Ricochet,” is a dreamy slice of sophisti-pop.
