Lately, everyone's been paying attention to the stock market. Personally, I think it's actually pretty similar to work. It's kind of like how you never know when the stock market will crash—same goes for work. That's why it's important to stay alert and manage risk proactively. There's nothing wrong with my current job; aside from my personal goals, the main reason I'm considering a career move is purely for risk management. We never know when we might lose our job, so it's crucial to stay vigilant and adjust along the way, instead of blaming others when things go wrong. I haven’t really been actively investing these past few years—just doing DCA. It's become more of a habit. I think the same applies to our careers. If we can develop the habit of always staying ready for a job change, I believe that’s how we keep risk to a minimum.
