‘You would be an idiot’ – Deion Sanders makes clear what Browns will do with second overall pick between Shedeur and Travis Hunter

Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders threw at his school’s pro day on Friday, while fellow draft prospect Travis Hunter ran a few routes and caught passes from his old friend. Coach Prime spoke with team brass from all three franchises but was noted to have spent a good amount of time with the Cleveland front office, including team owner Jimmy Haslam. Sanders is of the belief that either his son or Hunter will be a member of the Dawg Pound come this fall. “I think one of those guys will be there,” Sanders said. He also then went on NFL Network and made clear that the Heisman Trophy winner Hunter will have no problem playing on both sides of the ball at the next level. “NFL is a slow game. You’re going to a huddle,” Sanders said. “… How’s the contact nowadays? Minimal. So that game is more conducive to him being successful than a college game. “College is tempo, tempo, tempo. At the pro day, the younger Sanders reportedly completed 58 of 63 passes, with a couple drops included. The quarterback is ready for his moment. “All I need is an opportunity. Simple,” Sanders told ESPN. “Whatever franchise wants to change their franchise, then it’s no doubt who to go with.
