Wharton produced an impressive performance at Wembley on Saturday as Palace thumped Villa 3-0 to advance to the final. The 21-year-old has emerged as a target for some of the biggest teams in the Premier League, including Arsenal, Liverpool and Rooney’s beloved United. Wharton’s form last season earned him a place in England’s squad for Euro 2024 but he was then absent for the first few months of this campaign due to injury.
