Viktor Gyokeres speaks out on next move after Sporting clinch Portuguese title
Arsenal and Chelsea are battling for his signature.
Viktor Gyokeres did not rule out staying at Sporting Lisbon for another season after the Portuguese giants clinched the title on Saturday night.
The Sweden international was on the scoresheet yet again as Sporting beat Vitoria to wrap up the Liga Portugal.
His 39 goals in 34 games have played a vital role in driving his club to a 21st league title, having bagged an incredible 53 in 51 appearances in all competitions this term.
This season is widely expected to be his last in Portugal with a host of clubs in the Premier League vying for his signature.
Arsenal are believed to be pushing hard to sign the Swede with new sporting director Andrea Berta keen to bring him to the Emirates.

Chelsea are also thought to be in the race with reports in Portugal claiming the Blues are expecting to launch an offer in the coming weeks.
Gyokeres has a release clause of £85million but it is believed Sporting are prepared to let him go this summer for a fee in the region of £60m-£70m.
But speaking after Saturday’s title-clinching win, the striker insisted his future is still not yet decided.
‘It’s football, I’m still here. I don’t know what’s going to happen. Nobody can predict the future,’ he told Sport TV.
With Arsenal favourites to land the 26-year-old, recent reports have suggested the Gunners have been told the player is all theirs for a fee of £60m.
Arsenal are yet to submit an official offer but the club are said to be putting together a £200,000-a-week offer to bring him to the Emirates.
While Gyokeres has publicly remained coy on leaving the club, Sporting are keen to avoid a protracted transfer saga this summer and have already identified a number of possible replacements.
Manchester United also have interest in the striker who Ruben Amorim previously managed in the Portuguese capital.
While United are desperate for more firepower, Old Trafford is viewed as an unlikely destination with Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap emerging as a more realistic striker target.
