In case you missed it, the Knicks took on the Miami Heat at Madison Square Garden on Monday, March 17. But the biggest shock of the night wasn’t on the court — it was Tracy Morgan needing medical attention mid-game. Now, he’s speaking out.
“Thank you for all your concern!” the 56-year-old Death at a Funeral actor shared via Instagram the following day. “I’m doing ok now and doctors say it was food poisoning.” Alongside his message, he posted a selfie from a hospital bed, flashing a thumbs-up.

Morgan also made sure to give kudos to the staff who helped him through it. “Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you!” he wrote.
The incident unfolded in the third quarter when the 30 Rock alum was seen getting sick courtside. Witnesses claimed on X (formerly Twitter) that Morgan vomited and had a bloody nose before being taken out of the arena in a wheelchair. The game was briefly delayed as staff cleaned up.
Wrapping up his post, the comedian couldn’t help but make light of the situation, writing, “More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court, so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs
