To celebrate the 15 year anniversary of the Metro first-person shooter franchise, Metro 2033 Redux is available entirely for free on PC for the next 48 hours.From today until April 16, players will be able to claim Metro 2033 Redux for free on both Steam and GOG. It's also Steam Deck verified. The game takes place in the year 2033 where the world was devastated by an apocalyptic event 20 years prior. The event destroyed almost all of humankind, subsequently turning Earth's surface into an uninhabitable and poisonous wasteland.
